Bard dignishield stool management system collection bag is used for patient stool management. The collection bag is anatomically designed and made with bard's proprietary copolymer permalene material for superior odor control. A built-in sampling port creates access for stool collection for testing without causing contamination. Another important feature is the bag will automatically close when disengaged from the catheter. A cap comes with the bag to secure the contents and prevent spillage. This dignishield collection bag is 1000 ml capacity and is opaque to view content level. Medical staff can also document connection date and time directly onto the bag.
