It stands on a steel base that ranges in size from 13.75" to 14.75" for extra stability. Made of durable, powder coated steel the stand requires no batteries and no installation. Please note, hand sanitizer is not included. Three individual set bolts hold the container of sanitizer in position. While the stand offers a universal bottle fit, accommodating any pump top sanitizer bottle with a diameter of 6.75" or less, gallon containers offer the optimal fit.
