Penlon Prima 460

The Prima 460 gives you seven ventilation modes with PEEP control across all of them (except manual), plus dual flow sensors that provide backup monitoring when precision matters most. Unlike older anesthesia machines with basic displays, you get a 15.4-inch HD touchscreen that shows two user-selectable waveforms or respiratory loops simultaneously.

The monitoring setup lets clinicians track flow rate, tidal volume, and pressure-volume loops in real time. Worth noting: the backup battery runs for a full hour, so brief power interruptions won’t disrupt cases. The dual flow sensor arrangement means you’re not relying on a single point of measurement for ventilation data.

The touchscreen interface puts ventilation controls and patient monitoring in one place, while the top shelf accommodates standard patient monitors. Three cylinder yokes handle O2, N2O, and medical air, and the Selectatec back bar works with your existing vaporizers.
