Fabrication CanDo WalSlide Adjustable Height Overhead Section for Original Exercise Station

This adjustable height overhead section is an optional accessory that expands the capabilities of the walslide. This 2 ft horizontal overhead section operates the same way the vertical sections do, with a sliding anchor that glides along the center channel. Once the anchor is locked in place, bands, tubing or the pulley system can be attached and exercising can begin. Incorporating the overhead section adds a new plane of motion for your body to exercise on, allowing more areas to be targeted more effectively and adding even more multi-functionality to the walslide. This section is so versatile, it features a sliding attachment mechanism that allows the overhead section to be locked in place at any height along the vertical original walslide section, leading to a near customized and personalized workout. The unit is fantastic for decreasing shoulder pain and increasing shoulder range-of-motion. It also effectively helps target the arms, lats and trapezius muscles.
