Boilout Curing Unit
Boilout curing units can be found in dental labs and are used for the final step of dentures elaboration. Dentures are placed inside curing units and left for a specific period of time and at a specific temperature to complete processing. Boilout curing units help boil out, wash, and cure units. The curing process allows the setting and hardening of the denture materials. Denture curing units are composed of one or multiple tanks made of strong metal such as stainless steel. The tanks provide a hermetic seal to prevent any steam or water from leaking during the curing procedure.
