Air Dryer
Air dryers are a primary component of dental chair compressors. An air dryer removes moisture from the compressed air to protect handpieces, eliminate bacteria, and ensure dry air from 3/1 syringes. Air dryers can be built according to various concepts aiming to eliminate the moisture that is naturally created during the compression process of air. Refrigerator air dryers cool the compressed air resulting in the condensation of moisture that is then trapped and removed from the dryer. Desiccant air dryers use desiccant agents that suck the moisture from the compressed air.
Dental air compressor manufacturers typically provide matching air dryers.
